Tree for Boston 2019

Students from our Strait Area Campus's Natural Resources and Environmental Technology, Carpentry and ALP programs and the Students Association were in Trenton, Nova Scotia, on November 13, 2019. The students and instructor Waddie Long were there to help ready a 45-foot white spruce for travel to Boston. The tree is an annual gift from Nova Scotia to the City of Boston for their their assistance after the 1917 Halifax Explosion.
